The judge found that
although the children had been unilaterally removed from their mother’s care in
Pakistan their living
arrangements with the paternal family in the
UK could now not be changed.

The parents, both
Pakistani nationals married and lived with the father’s family in
Pakistan where
they had three children. In 2011 the children came to the
UK with the
