The mother’s
application for the discharge of a prohibited steps order preventing her from
removing the child from the jurisdiction was refused.

The Algerian parents
lived in the
UK.
They married and had two children, aged 5 and 3. In 2012 the mother issued
divorce proceedings in
Algeria
which prompted the father to successfully apply for a prohibited steps order to
prevent the mother from removing the children from the jurisdiction. The mother
